Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is AED 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is AED 0.00.

Order Cancellation Policy
If the order is cancelled by Trackon because of unavailability or any other reason, we will refund full amount to the bank card.
If customer wish to cancel an order, a bank charge deduction of 6% will be applicable and it will take 7-15 business days.
The bank charge deduction is applied to the refund amount and covers the transaction fees imposed by the financial institutions involved in the payment process.
The bank charge deduction will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the returned product.
