Align-Pilates springs are crafted from high-quality Korean Music Wire and feature a nickel coating. These 47cm springs are compatible with Pilates reformers and both half and full Pilates Cadillacs. They come in four strengths: Extra Light, Light, Medium, and Strong. 

Align-Pilates uses a consistent color-coding system for spring strengths on their Reformers and Cadillac short springs:

• Yellow: Extra Light
• Blue: Light
• Red: Medium
• Green: Strong

What Size Spring Do I Need?

Align-Pilates provides three spring sizes: 47cm springs with larger eyelets for Pilates Reformers and shorter springs for Full and Half Cadillacs, 47cm springs with smaller eyelets for the Combo Chair, and 64cm longer springs for use on Full and Half Cadillacs.

How Strong Are The Springs?

The strength of Reformer springs varies with extension—greater extension results in increased resistance. For extensions ranging from 5cm to 90cm, the resistance strengths are as follows:
